FAQ
What is Gems?
Gems is a place to explore crypto markets. Find active tokens and new launches, search across supported networks, and take a closer look at prices, charts and trading activity.
Can I use Gems on my computer and phone?
Yes. The web workspace is designed for bigger screens, and the native app is designed for your phone. They share the same account, wallet bindings and trading backend. Trading is currently a restricted preview; supported routes and availability vary.
Which networks can I explore?
Discovery supports Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain through our market-data provider. Coverage and availability vary. A token appearing in discovery does not mean it can be traded through Gems.
Where do the prices and charts come from?
Discovery and token information come from Codex Data through the Gems API. The web workspace uses hosted TradingView reference charts for verified markets. A reference chart is not an executable swap quote. Data and coverage can be delayed or unavailable.
Can I trade in this web preview?
Trading is available only to the restricted preview accounts and routes that have been enabled. General access is not available yet. A token appearing in discovery does not guarantee a supported trade.
Is my watchlist shared between devices?
Signed-in native bookmarks synchronize with your Gems account. The web workspace watchlist is still saved in that browser and is not shared with the mobile app.
