The final privacy notice has not been published. The operator identity, contact address, applicable jurisdiction, processing purposes, retention periods and rights process must be confirmed before public launch.
What exists in the preview
The application uses Privy for authentication and wallet signing access. Native and web share account identifiers, ownership-proven wallet bindings, balance observations and transaction/recovery records in the Gems backend. Signed-in native bookmarks also synchronize; the web watchlist stays in this browser. Providers process data required for their services. This is a partial description of the preview, not a complete privacy policy.
Hosted charts
The trading workspace embeds TradingView reference charts. TradingView receives the reference symbol, chart wrapper URL and your IP address to provide the chart. The isolated chart does not receive your Gems account, wallet or search data. TradingView states that its widgets do not set cookies.
Before publication
The final notice must describe the actual service providers, international transfers where applicable, retention and deletion practices, and a working privacy contact.
